Redhaven Starts 3rd week of July
Our
first commercial variety of the season. It is the most widely planted
peach in the U.S. A semi-freestone variety of medium size displaying
a red blush over a yellow background. A favorite among canners and
freezers. Harvest typically begins 3rd week of July.

Bellaire 4th week of July
Larger
peach than a Redhaven. A mostly freestone variety with very classy
coloring. Its 80% red blush over a golden background make it a very
attractive peach. Bellaires ripen soon after Redhavens, typically
the 4rd week of July. |

Jim Dandee 4th week of July through 1st week of August
A
large, fairly round, peach that is the first true freestone of the
season. Its deep red coloration covers a yellow background displaying
red streaks. Excellent shipping characteristics. Ripens the 4th week of July and the 1st week of August. |

Saturn 1st week of August
A Pen-Tao "donut-shaped" peach which has the flattened shape with depressed center as the name suggests. Its tender white flesh and sweet flavor gives it something to talk about, other than its novelty shape. Available 1st week of August |

Bounty 1st week of August
A
large, smooth skinned, freestone peach showing a deep golden background
under its 80% cherry-red blush. A great commercial variety with good
shipping characteristics. Ripens 1st week of August. |

Flaming Fury PF17 2nd week of August
An
exciting new variety of peach for us here at Rendleman Orchards! The
PF17 is a freestone peach of fairly large size with 70% crimson-red
blush over a deep orange background. This a good shipper and is usually
available around the 2nd week of August. |

Loring 2nd week of August
A
very large freestone peach of great taste. The Loring variety has
a firm yellow flesh and a scarlet blush covering half of its golden
yellow skin. Very popular variety for freezing and canning. Ripens
the 2nd week of August. |

Flaming Fury PF23 2nd to 3rd week of August
Another
new variety here at Rendleman Orchards. This high-color, freestone
peach displays an 80% deep red coloration over the entire peach. Another
great commercial variety due to its excellent flavor and handling
qualities. This variety typically ripens the 2nd to 3rd week of August. |

Blushingstar 3rd week of August
A white fleshed peach with good storage & shipping qualities, this
freestone peach has a high percentage of red color with a lesser white
background. Its white flesh has a tinge of pink but doesn't brown
when sliced. This peach, too, ripens the 3rd week of August. |

Cresthaven 3rd week of August
A
large peach, mostly 2 3/4" to 3 1/4" in size. This freestone peach
has a red blush over an orange/yellow background, has great flavor
and holds its firmness well. An excellent all-purpose peach. Ripens
during the 3rd week of August. |

Fayette 4th week of August through 1st week of September
A
very large, round, freestone peach. The Fayette variety is a late
season peach displaying an extremely high coloration on its smooth
skin. Harvest for this variety begins the 4th week of August through the 1st week of September. |

Rio-Oso-Gem 1st and 2nd weeks of September
Our
last variety of the season. A large peach with firm, golden flesh
and extremely high coloring. Stores very well. A real winner to end
the season! Ripens the 1st and 2nd weeks of September. |
